Description
Status: alive; entry is earned, not bought
Urban3p is the largest abandoned-places database of the former USSR and the main urbex community, founded in 2008. It’s alive in 2026. Public registration closed long ago, but Urban3p has the fairest entry mechanic of all closed communities we cover.
The official path in 2026
- The “Vivarium” section (urban3p.ru/vivarium): anyone can post a report of their own trip to an abandoned site — photos, story, route. A quality report earns you an invite from the community and moderators. The entry ticket is proven fieldwork — not connections, not money.
- An invite from an existing member also works — but the Vivarium is open to everyone, always.
Tip
A good Vivarium report covers a specific site, its history, live photos and respect for community rules (no vandalism, no location leaking). Box-ticking posts don’t earn invites. Access from outside the CIS can be unstable; from within it opens normally.
