DeepBassNine (DB9) has run since 2006 — two decades of drum&bass and bass music, 130,000+ torrents, daily “DB9 Exclusive” releases found nowhere else, and its own internet radio. Its mascot is a goat, and its membership is small and famously paranoid.

How to get in (2026)

  • The IRC community is the real door. DB9 lives in IRC (a tracker channel and DB9 Radio); participating in the scene and the radio broadcasts, and getting known by members, is effectively the only way to an invite.
  • The historical “goat application” form existed at the login page; whether it still works is unclear — the IRC path is the reliable one.
